This song is about a prayer I regretted back when I was in 2nd grade.

held a grudge after our fight
all day my mind was scheming
decide to ask for peace with all my might
that cold winter evening
sacred request with a purposeful slight
should ease this childhood seething

that's when i changed the prayer that i recite
